Users may submit only files they are authorized to process. The service provides sampled music-recognition results and does not provide legal advice or rights clearance.

Users must not upload malware, executable content, unlawfully obtained material, or files intended to disrupt the service. Automated abuse, credential sharing, and attempts to access another user's data are prohibited.

Service availability and database coverage may vary. Credits consumed by a system-level screening failure are automatically refunded. Prices are in USD. Monthly plans renew through Stripe until cancelled; plan credits are issued after confirmed payment.

Users are responsible for final publication and licensing decisions. These terms are governed by the operator's applicable published business and contact information.
